Schulz Engineering is one of the leading German engineering service providers in the field of planning, development and commissioning of sophisticated special purpose machines and complex production plants.
Different disciplines, new paths
Schulz Engineering is a subsidiary of the Schulz Group. The Schulz Group has many years of experience in engineering, production and product processing in the automotive industry as well as utility vehicle construction. The companies in our group plan and design production plants and special machines, develop components and software solutions. While the individual companies deliver specific solutions, the group as a whole stands for valuable synergistic effects, from networking through to knowledge management.
The management of Schulz Engineering
Graduate engineer Florian Geisler has more than 20 years of professional experience in the engineering environment and has been working for Schulz Engineering since 2003 - initially as a plant planner, later as a team leader and since 2008 as a project manager for various customer projects.
As a member of the Management Board, he is responsible for the areas of finance, sales, project management, human resources, marketing and communication. His key tasks include the targeted and innovative orientation of the company towards digital change in the industry.
Rolf Schramm successfully completed his degree in electrical engineering in 1992, specialising in information processing. Initially working in automation technology, he soon took over the technical and organisational management of large-scale systems. As a group leader, he was later responsible for the project planning of PLC and robot control systems as well as planning and process simulation, which shifted his focus to engineering in the automotive sector.
From 2001, Rolf Schramm headed the process simulation and planning department at Schulz Engineering and expanded it to include automation technology, specialising in robot control. In 2006 he was given power of attorney and in 2008 he was appointed Managing Director.

In addition to the two previous CEOs Rolf Schramm and Roland Arnold, Florian Geisler now also heads up the Ravensburg-based company.
30 Years of Successful Engineering
Schulz Engineering celebrates its 30th anniversary after Reinhold Schulz founded the company "Schulz Konstruktionen" in Ravensburg in 1986.
Relocation to the new head office in Ravensburg-Erlen
250 state-of-the-art workstations in the Schulz Group's new and sustainably designed company building. Plenty of room for creativity at the place where it all started with a view to the future.
